how many customers do you hope to land for next mowing season?

I know many of us are in different stages in our companies, I'm curious how many customers each of you hope to have at the beginning of our next mowing season.

I want to stay at the same level I was at last year. I lost 3 over the winter do to moving out of state. I hope to replace those 3. If I can pick up neighbors of current accounts I will consider it but I am not adding seat time to pick up single accounts.

I don't want anymore and may get rid of some.
All equipment is wore out. <- Never mind. All equipment has been repainted and with new decals. It's like I have new mower's again!
48" Ferris WB
36" Ferris WB
All Echo hand helds
<- That's how I feel at the end of the day.

I'm only at about 45 accounts, I'd really like to add 10 if not 15 more to the number. I'm only working 4 days as it is. I'll gladly work 6

Back to original question i think 100 is good were at about 80 now with a 3 man crew and one part time any more than that would be not worth it in the long run trying to hold down cost keep profits up a daily struggle when totally self employed

I would like to pick up an additional 10 accounts or so depending on size , we currently hover around 50 clients with some clients having multiple lawns and services. Every year we drop a couple clients 1 or 2 will move , die etc. so this year we will probally lose around 5 clients all small , except for one , so I would be very happy to pick up 10 GOOD clients , the more commercial clients the better.

Be nice to add 100, but realistically 10. Depending on how much advertising I do and if I pass my applicators exam.
