It does not help much... I have had good luck with the more rocky stuff, but waned to know if there is something better out there...

Yeah, a lot of our customers with concrete like calcium chloride, and for the others we use magic salt.

I like the Ice A Way stuff the best so far. I just got 3 bags tonight too..

It is rocky, so you get better traction. Like I said, I just wanted to see if I could find better.

Ice A Way is rock salt. It has to be fairly warm (>20 degrees) for rock salt (sodium chloride) to work. I don't salt large areas, just sidewalks and garage front's mostly and like this stuff. It's mostly calcium chloride. It's a little pricey but works well. They also have one that's mostly sodium chloride with some calcium and magnesium chloride mixed in that's a bit cheaper. That works pretty well too.

i would try to charge at least $25 a cut this year minimum.
