No smoking but I dip while mowing as long as the homeowner isn't home!

I wish I had this on video...
I subbed out to a guy who I really like, and has done other work for me in the past, and his two sons came to do the job sone (sons teens-30s?), and one have a cigar. Well, they just left it on the lawn. Also, they were joking around, and one guy says "I will just sit back on the steps, and smoke a cigarette. Then, the other one coms over, and before he can light it, he throws the other guy over his shoulder. I am not going to mention any names, because these guys have done a lot of good work for me in the past...

No smoking, cussing, swearing, alcohol, drugs, or tobacco on the job site. Pretend your in church. I used to add bleeding to the list. I'm getting soft in my old age.
