Question for new client protocol.
I'm work-shopping a checklist for clients. I service some upper class areas.
My goal is to create, for those who want it, a way for them to select what they know they will want done. These services may include mowing, hedges, mulch, etc... my question to you guys is: Do you give them the price now in the spring, or do you call them when the time comes?... I already call / email folks in the spring and fall to sell mulch. Only thing I dislike about a large price divided by 12, is that service cancellations could cost me. Not that I have many cancellations, just something to avoid. Im worried about giving to much price information out early and people having shock. But at the same time, people will pay for something they want. And theyve likely paid for it all before. Thanks, Tyler Landmark Lawns, L.L.C. |
