The Cub Cadet Tank line is commercial and not available at Home Depot. The RZT line is residential and available at Home Depot.

Right. The Tank is a stoutly built machine that is definitely not "Home Depot grade". The biggest issues I've had have all been related to the POS Kawasaki engine.

The Tank is a POS. Its the same as a Lesco Ztwo which we were a service center for before JD bought Lesco. Honestly there is what Cub Cadet considers commercial...and then what everyone else considers commercial on another level(Bobcat, Scag, Wright, Exmark, Toro...whoever). The Tank is a lesser machine.
