As long as you don't beat on your truck it'll be fine for plowi. Your front end parts will wear out faster but it's all how you operate.

Very nice!
I have an 02 like that one, just a 2500, not the HD. Went through everything when I bought it. Had some exhaust/manifold issues for a while but finally gt it quieted down. The thing is a great plow truck. 6.0 is great too! Is yers loud because of the aftermarket exhaust or leaks up front? I know its not your truck, hopefully he's not a landscaper... but I always get a kick out of it when I see landscapers (mostly younger guys around my age) with smokestacks on their trucks. Is there anything more professional looking? LOL

my truck is loud lol. i cut the exhaust off before the cats and ran straight pipes to Magnaflow tips out the back angled at 45* on either sides. sounds very good and runs good with the tune
