Should be able to fill it.

That will give you 16 gallons per pot and about 3 mins ( 5.5 GPM) to apply the water plus moving the truck and hose between. I think your numbers look pretty solid.

I have a bid out with the city now and it seems to take them about 2 months to get it on the agenda. The proposed date to start is the 28th so I hope to hear on the next meeting. Last bid I got with the city they told me I won on the start date and it took a two weeks to process after that.

Are you already a vendor for them?

its for a community council in my area that i know the guy in charge of the board so i dont think it should be too bad... I do work for two other community councils in my area was well.
