looking to buy first 30" or bigger

I looking to buy my first 25" bravo, 30" time master orsome kind of 32 36 inch that rear bags. A lawns are pretty small out hear and i have to get threw alot of 40" of smaller gates so have to find something that will make it threw them. Anyone know my best option Most walkways to my back yards are 36" and alot of customers just a crap piled and other opsticals.
