Looking to buy this truck for one of our maintenance routes. I am going to have it painted white or get it wrapped for $1k

Any experience with these things?

Apparently it gets 20-22 mpg pulling a trailer...?

Would it look super professional if it was painted? We run an upscale landscaping and lawn-care biz and I am very aware of our image.

Im sorry but that is not something I would look at purchasing for maintance, maybe for once in a while dump runs but not for mowing lawns day in and day out

You said you were worried about image? That will not look right, or professional rolling down the road. Keep in mind that it is only a toyota, so it may have the big dump box but it cant legally, or illegally haul much down the road. For 4 grand you can find a nice Ram or chevy 1500 and pull and haul more, and also look way more professional. Just my opinion but I really dont think that vehicle is suited for lawncare

not a chance i would use that for maintenance especially because I am like you and tend to be image conscious. look at that hitch? that shouldnt dump with the truck. i see a destroyed trailer if you accidentally put the bed up with a trailer on or an accident waiting to happen with that. i would not get it
