2013 Portland Yard, Garden & Patio Show
Here's a couple of shots I took of two display gardens at the 2013 Portland Yard, Garden and Patio Show. Came in a couple hours early with my camera bag the first day.
The two shown are by Seven Dees and Treeline Designz One had overhead lighting making patterns on the pavers like jigsaw. ....

Thats awesome. I go to home shows but were limited to a 10 x 10 area. Hard to work with that little of space. I have to some really big shows in other areas of the country and it amazes me how much time and effort these guys put into there displays. They must be able to get into that buildiing a week ahead of time.

In this show, I got a 10 x 10, but they more or less let folks pay for multiple booths. If someone paid a deposit early, they could get two, three or 4 adjoining booths. But most get one or two. The photos are of the featured displays. I think there may be some kind of special arrangement for those. And they probably do spend the whole week setting up. Here's a timelapse video of a couple of days ... http://youtu.be/i1hwzzS3050 ... ...
