I was wondering if any uses or used FM facility maintenance? If so how are they to work for and how are they on payment? I always stayed away from property management companies because they always wanted to pay you this set price and I thought it was worth more for the work they wanted done. For example got a call to bid on Walgreen's the one store needed 42 yards of mulch edge all beds and they only wanted to pay 250 for it I told them it doesn't even cover the mulch they said we looked at 5 stores and we figured they were all the same.

3800 mulch alone and that's if it's all flat and easy accessible. I usually charge 98$ a yard but give a 5% off on mulch jobs over 25 yds. New ending is a dollar a ft and re ending existing beds is .50cent p.ft.

I was at 90 a yard with no edging 105 with edging
