Yeah, it's a PB 770 and I think the guy running it is actually just small.

they"re actually a type of Laurel if i can remember correctly and i had them positioned in order like you said but the homeowner and i decided to place them this way because of the cherry tree we planted the shrub would have been covered by the tree and eventually grow to large. but know what your saying it bugged me as well
