Thanks again for all of the interest. I am excited about the group that is starting this program for me. I have companies from almost every region of the country and I am looking forward to their feedback.

I would still like to add a company from the Denver, or the Mountain West, and one from California or Arizona. Please include a little information about your business. Let me know your sending a PM if you don't want to make this information public.

Where are you located?

How many crews do you have? What is your approximate revenue? Are you still full or part-time in the field?

What is the biggest challenge you hope this program could help you over come?

What is your most important goal for 2013?

Thank you to everyone who has recently sent me a pm about this program. I got several great responses soon after I posted the thread. I expanded the test group to 10 and was able to get started last Saturday. I will update the thread with appropriate feedback as we go along.

I am waiting on the illustrating to be finished, but I hope to advertise this program in Lawn & Landscape and other areas soon. I plan on charging $99 for the program, and will be offering a money back guarantee. I think my target customer will find it to be a good value at that price. I really appreciate the help I have gotten from members of this forum in bringing this product to market.

I continue to get a number of messages from members who were not able to get in on the initial test group. If anyone is interested I am willing to do an introductory run of the program for $29 to LawnSite members until March 1st.

I cannot currently run a discount on my landing page, but send me a pm if you are interested.

Week 1 update

I am really glad I chose this forum to get input on the Fix Your Business program. I have gotten some great responses from the test group and will be make some updates to the program based on their suggestions.

I am very pleased that every day at least 1 person has replied that they are planning to implement something from that day’s lesson into their business.

I am most excited that some owners are reading the lessons, and then thinking of additional ways to improve their businesses.

Also, I have been working out of town some this week. If you sent me a message and have not gotten a reply, I will be get back to you later today or in the morning.

SOunds like a decent program. What kind of information is there in it? is like "tip of the day" type things or more stuff to get you to analyze your numbers and see where you're at?
