Toro Timemaster for light commercial use.

I was trying to get some of your professional opinions on this.

Do you think that the Toro Timemaster 30" would hold up for 10-12 accounts once a week? yards are average 4000-9000 sqft.

http://www.mowersdirect.com/Toro-201...wer/p8053.html

I am opening a small operation in my area and trying to find a good mower that wont break the bank. I open to other suggestions for other mowers. price range is about $900-$1800. I am having trouble finding anything decent on Craigslist in my area.

Thanks

Toro Timemaster for light commercial use.

Do it. It's the best mower. Get the commercial version. The twin blade on my home version was our favorite mower last year. It mulches and bags amazing and its like a vacuum for leaves

I think a 30 inch would be perfect. Id get the homeowner one cheap less than a g. You will be fine with that version.

I have owned a toro 21" recycler for 5 years and I love it. But it is not large enough or in near good enough condition to tackle 10-12 yards a week. I think I will take a shot at the homeowners version, and maybe upgrade from there if business was to pick up.

Man also a 36 inch used walk behind would be a good one for you and just use that 21 here and there if need be.

A belt drive used 36 vs the Toro 30.
That's a tough decision.

I can't find a decent used WB 36. And I have looked at new ones in the 1200-1800 price range and read a bunch of bad reviews about belts slipping off and mulching blades sucking. I really ah vent read nothing bad about this mower, just wanting to know if it would hold up for a small commercial business.

I think the timemaster would be great. I've thought about getting one too. There are some really great older used walk behinds too.
It's a hard choice IMHO.
