Is the choke fully closing...???
What condition are the sparkplugs..?? If one is darker than the other...check your compression...normal is 160 to 180 psi..

There are lots of things that can cause obstructions in carbs...
Dirt..fuellines deteriorating..varnish...just to name a few... If everything else on your engine is correct..and you don't get enough fuel to start the engine when you apply the choke.. Its probably some bad joo joo in the carb....

Remove the carb...spray brake cleaner thru everything that looks like a hole..
Don't spray anything that is rubber..they don't like brake cleaner..
