Tree Root Management

Hello Everyone.. I am Bill Peacock and am located in northeast Florida.
We repair lawn equipment and have noticed that most lawn equipment comming in was because of root strike damage. Trashed spindels, blades and bent decks. We looked for an answer and after three years of research, redesign and failures we came up with the Roothog. It is an attachment that will fit on your handheld gas lawn edger. With the Roothog attached to the edger, you can shave a small-to-medium tree stump smooth with the ground. You can also shave down those exposed tree roots and cypress knees that have caused you $$$ on repairs and down time.
We have researched the effect of shaving down a tree root and the results of over 2,000 exposed that have been shaved down we have found no harmful evidence to the root or tree. Our research has shown that once shaved down, the root will send a "striker" root down at the point of the shaving.

The dirt will not harm your Roothog because it is only rotating at about 1,800 rps as apposed to a chain saw with over 10,000 rpm. The cutting teeth are made of carbide-capped (the entire top of the cutting tooth is capped in carbide) so there are 1,000s of roots that can be shaved. The Roothog is Made in America and we fully warrant the product and what it can do.
See it on our webpage www.roothog1.com.
