anybody have a dixie chopper run behind

anybody have a dixie chopper run behind, im looking at a few all with 400+ hours. my only concern is do they rut at all, im looking to buy one for over grown lawns and as a back up to my stander.
let me know if you have one

I have used one for five years (975 hours). Good power, good cut. I haven't noticed any rutting.

I remember the dealer trying to push one on me several years ago when I was shopping for a WB. I have since seen several low low hr units cheap. Other than being ugly I haven't heard much in the way about their performance.

i don't mind ugly, but cheap priced yes. found two with 450 hours asking 1600-1800 each, really is a back up incase my scag craps out and would use it for the over grown lawns too, but you cant find a walk behind with a 27hp and i loved my 50 dixie chopper i did have
