Is This A Good Deal? Gravely 260 Promaster

I haven't bought a lot of used equipment before and im only 18 but have been mowing for 5 years now on my Gravely 152Z. Just trying to expand my services from the basic mow to start getting into spring/fall clean ups, maybe dethatchings and aerations. i currently mow about a dozen propertys, 3 large ones over 2 acres and that takes a while on the 152, beign a one man crew im all for saving time. This guys got this for sale real close to me im gonna go take a look at it next week, i've got the money, should i take the leap? Any opinions and ideas greatly appreciated!
