Hey Yall,

Im new to the site but pretty familiar with forums do to my other hobby trucks. Ive been doing landscaping for 6 years now, started off in high school to make some money and ended up loving it. I currently have 1 more year of college, getting a business management degree, so I run my landscaping business part time and go to school full time. Im trying to grow my business this year and expand, so I figured what better way than to learn from some of the best around the US. I look forward to being on here and learning as much as possible.

Its about time to get those blades turning. We are currently recieving a GOD TON of rain right now here in Valdosta, Ga. Been raining non stop since friday. Hopefully the cold front afterwards dont kill the grass again.

No kidding!! Same here non-stop rain for the past 2 or 3 weeks now. You will get a day in between rain storms but its so wet you cant do anything but blow things off. Im ready for some warm weather to get this season started!!

jsroda, I notice on your main picture that you have a striped lawn. How In the world did you pull that off here in GA? it may be because your in the northeastern part of GA? down here in the deep south, you cant stripe nothin.

Lots of hard work, watering, and fertilizer. Here are a couple from the end of the season. I finally got a new phone that takes good pictures so I should have some nice shots coming up from this season.
