Charging for mulch?

Ok I realize this is a simple answer to a question for many, but I'm a little confused. I've used the search function, so please answer my actually question instead of whining about searching please, lol.

Ok, so let's say you charge $75 a yard of mulch installed and delivered. Are you including the $23 you spent to buy it in the price or do you add that on to the $75?

I see everybody's price per yard a mulch installed, but I don't see where they are including the cost of purchase in it or if it's an additional fee. any help would be great. Thanks!
