Toro Z Commercial 2000 vs. Ferris IS700z

Looking for any input to help decide on which mower to go with. Both have similar HP, trans, and price tags. Either way it will be my 1st rider/ztr. Upgrading from a late model JD Belt drive 48" WB. Thanks for your time.
