Left mine at home. A car key can pry the latch pretty easily.

With beer, all shall be well. Local favorites for tonight.

I'd never had PBR until I was hired to manage a recording studio in northern Michigan. I loved it! When I went back to the coast, the PBR tasted like hell; found out my midwestern fave was brewed in Chicago and the crap beer was brewed in L.A.

There was one beer semi-legend I actually learned about in a comic book. Stevens Point Brewery, of which I've found exactly one bottle of their lager, in one of those beer-assortment cartons. I note it here, because it was both ordinary, in its flavors, and extraordinary, in that it had a balance that seemed just right.

The best I ever had was in Montreal; made by Molson, called "Brador extra xxx". It was 11%, and went down smooth, until you saw the floor coming up on you.

I remember that one. There was an American attempt at an 'extra' beer called Maximus Super that had popularity, in no small part because of the numerous Pax Maximus posters they gave away.

Few more from today. Great conditions, warm weather, minimal crowds.
And of course beer afterwards.
