Hustler fastrak super duty fuel leak

I purchased this mower yesterday. It had 4 hours on the meter. I filled the fuel tanks yesterday afternoon. There were no leaks overnight. This morning I started the mower and ran it for maybe five minutes. I come home three hours later to a puddle of gas in my garage. Fuel is leaking out the exhaust. Any ideas what cause this?

I know there is a recall for a fuel tank vent valve, but I don't know if the dealer completed the recall repair or if this is even the cause of the leak. Thanks.

fuel coming out of the exhaust? i've never heard of that happening. i would take it back and ask for a new mower if that happened to me.
