Where can i purchase parts for this machine other than the dealer?

Try rental places, and any equipment places like John deere.

You're going to have a challenge since CAT has their own built-in rental chain and outlets and dealers without the word CAT hanging over their door don't usually carry CAT parts.

Pins and bushings you can out source from machine shops. My dad always bought that stuff off his mechanic who bought it from a machinist when the old Komatsu's needed bucket bushings.

I snapped a bucket pin last year. Had it made at machine shop cheaper and quicker than I could get it from Cat. Mine is a 302.5 also. I avoid Cat parts whenever possible.
