Toro Z-Master Diesel belt rubbing????

We have two Toro Z-Masters with the Kubota diesel motor. The belt rubs the hydraulic Filter as it passes when the deck in set on any of the higher settings on both mowers. This causes the belt to slip off multiple times a day. Is there any fix for this?? Seems like it would be a common problem with these ZTRs.THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
