Slapper, that was my point. Especially if you need something at night or on a Sunday, to be able to fabricate a tool is a real time saver.

Eric....You're missing my point...

Theres a bunch of OLD Guys on this forum...
When they were growing up....there werent no places to buy tools...
They had to make their own...

Slapper, is that a belt sizing tool? All the major belt mfg's offered that at one time.

No...But as long as we are on the subject...
Bet you dont have one of these....
Ever want to measure a 200 inch belt.???
The first belt gauge I ordered came in broken...so they sent me another..
I drilled holes in the free one to make an extension..
