Zoysia Patch Disease (Rhizoctonia)

In Atlanta, this is right about the time when zoysia patch comes out in transitioning emerald green zoysia. I know there are fungicides you can apply in the fall (Eagle, Heritage) that can help prevent it, but does it benefit the lawn to apply these fungicides now if you didn't do it in the fall?
