I don't smoke but had two guys on a mowing crew that did and in an 8 hour day they spent about an hour smoking. Neither of them work for me anymore and I won't hire any more smokers besides the wasted time customers would sometimes complain about their cig butts being left on the ground.

I can't imagine that anyone that does commercial would want a smoker with all the time wasted picking up butts from others.

Smoking on the job or in a company truck always equaled automatic termination in my company.

If for whatever reason I allowed them to smoke on site, dropping a butt on a customers lawn... Really? I'm the guy that they pay to clean the yard up, not come litter.

I am a pack a day Marlboro Red smoker.... However, i just recently switched over to the E cigarrette and it RULES!
Even when I was smoking, I would never smoke in front of a client.... Sometimes if it is a big yard or acreage I would puff one but only if I was not in the line of sight from the house.... Smoking in the truck? Heck yeah, I own it! But, like i said, this e cigarette saved my life.... 80 bucks but worth every penny
