Nope. I have worked on Echo, Tanaka, Shindawa, Stihl, Red Max, all commercial.

If I ever did work on something that needed a wrench that size, I don't recall doing it. Which doesn't mean much, I'm still trying to remember last night

So if its some home owner's over engineered tap head qizmo, I'm stumped
