Help me price this

I do one half that size once a month with my tractor for $150. So every two weeks is pretty manageable with a mower so id be in the 75/range for your lot.

I have one similar size to that and has a lot of detail mowing and can have the mowing portion done in 1.5 hours with a 52" WB.

without seeing it I would be around $75. No trimming? You can side discharge and make it real quick/that would be easy. in and out

Id be out of there in 30 minutes aswell. 60-75 and you'd be making good money for really no work. Just mow and go!

I would say around $80. Should only take around 50 minutes to an hour at the most with a hydro walk behind or ZTR. Thats $160 a month easy money.

Thats exactly what I wanted to charge at first, but it would put me in higher tax bracket and I would lose my food stamps. lol

I went out and looked at - looks easy. I trying to make a deal on a v ride or swz next week.
I got it at 150 a mow - 2 times a month. And I got his 1.4 acre res at 150 a week. Its not too cut up, but there is a good bit of trimming and a steep section that is big enough to use the 21 on.

Thnks for the help. I'll post how long it takes me after I mow it.

$150 be way to high for bi weekly cut

But in your area that might be the rate
