Who has moved from the cold northeast down south and how was the transition?

Im in NY now and been thinking about this for 5 years but cant get rid of my biz up here for a decent price so I can have some capital to start over!

My biz does $450k and I cant even get someone to give me $100k plus equipment.

Can I charge at least $40hr for mowing and landscaping down south? or is that asking too much?

Are you guys happy you made the move? What were the biggest obstacles?
