Good price for Scag ZTR?

I have found a 2009 Scag tiger cub with a 48" Kohler Pro 20. It has 320 hours and the guy wants 2800. This seems like a good deal, however I don't know much about scag and any input from you guys would be awesome.

Got the mower it's a beast....tested it out on the guys yard and it was an awesome mower(coming from someone who only used a 21 self propelled). When I got home i tryed it out on my fairly small yard and it left some slight ruts in places which kind of scares me because I wanted to be able to use this mower on most if my accounts even if the yard isn't big. Hoping to get more skilled with it so I will be able to cut small yards without rutting.
