I assume you glued the treads to the paver? That is down time to let the glue or adhesive dry, I like to have a physical boundry to stop movement on treads. I know it isnt always possible, but if I can do it I will.

Looks great, not everyone can complete a walkway with that length and have a smooth curve to it.
Regarding your restraint edge. Most times when the snap edge comes up its because you used common nails. They rust and the frost grabs them, then it lifts the restraint up. Use ss nails next time round.
