I'dlove to see this done solo in 8 hours....

Parking lot-14
Building-13.5
Turf-19.7

Total lot square footage is 70.0

I do 15 acres at one school I do and takes me 5 hrs solo and 2.5 to 3 with another guy. 1.5 hrs of trimming. Also to the one guy you only have to blow what you screw up. If you blow grass on that whole parking lot you got issues. Also if you have ran a push mower you can mow 1 acre a hour so if I used a push mower It should take me 25-hrs so with some of your guys estimates I could use a yardman push mower and still make $40 a hour for $1000. Come on guys. A 60 inch mower that runs 10-11 mph its pretty easy to mow 4-5 acrea a hour.

Haha if you think I'm cheap I bid out a job that required a little more time than this and the winning bid was $170 a mow and there was 30 miles of driving to do all the properties.

Glad I don't live in MI. Edit, to add by reading most of the news about MI, I understand not many have a good living there.

170 is crazy. That would be just over fuel expense.

I'm still sticking with my point of brickman not using batwings on 20 acres properties lol
