I totally agree, I'm the same way I can walk into my bank and they know me by name and even have my account numbers memorized they will fill out any paper work without even having to pull up my account, granted I've been banking there for 20+ years. I have a personal business relationship with the branch mgr, and if I ever need a quick loan to get me by or through a project all I have to do is stick my head in her door and ask, the funds are in the account by the end of the day.

Cash is still king. Cash clients checks at their banks at all cost. If have to at my own institution, they get ran through an SD account or a trust account and redeemed immediately for cash. SD and trust account are non interest bearing accounts. PO box once a week.

Ours is done via checking account I go to the bank when I get the check. I would wait but the last thing I would want is someone spending my money because they forgot to balance their check book. I have a rule comes in it goes in.

Suprised nobody does ach,.

Like somebody said before, having a great business realationship with a business banking officer is awsome..If they are doing their job right, they will intro new programs and things that might interest u. Oh it doesn't hurt to be a business member at Costco either...they have some great busienss programs.

For the most part, I'm lucky we get mail delivered right to our office door p.o. box needed. However, might have to reconsider this one because p.o, here locally is jerking the chains of the employees, but well deserved to for that matter.

Checks and bank every other day......they hate my checks well the tellers because they have to scan each checks. I would do that myself, but receive no benefit really so why do their work.

I looked into it last season. Bottom line: I am too small of business to set up such a pay arrangement.
