Got my EDDMs going out tomorrow just to a test area will see what the return is, never used this type of marketing before; I'm excited.

I think you are best off to send them all out on the prime day of the season--first warm Friday.
And then...be ready to accept a lot of calls. Get your friends and neighbors and as many of your crew as you can.
If I were you I would mention in the brochures--call until10 pm--and be ready to man the phones 7 days--every lead is worth a lot of money--don't lose it.

I just picked up about 350 for a small test market. If these have a good ROI then I will go full color, and maybe change the design on the next batch. Took all of 15 minutes turn around time from design to print, and cut on to the final step now which is bundling and ill take them to the post office tomorrow morning.
