This has been the coldest March that we've had since moving to NC back in May of 2006.

Hard to say in Tulsa, we have had a early push and then it has leveled off to nothing. Now picking up a again. When the stock market was doing great a couple of weeks ago it really pushed the jobs.

Weather forecast for NC is a return to normal highs by the second week of April. Whole month of March below avg. I think it was warmer in Feb.

Yea, it's been an odd year. We really didn't have much of a winter down here this year, but we keep getting these late nagging windy cold fronts that last a half week and go away. Just warmed up again today - hope that was the last one.

They aren't really delaying work, but I despise cold weather - especially with wind.
