The next time someone complains about your pricing, ask them how much their barber would charge to come over and cut their hair.

Older retiree trailer courts, good.
1) small lots lend themselves to minimal equipment.
2) good chance of picking up several lots in one stop.

Little, cramped, tweaker roaming trailer parks, bad.
1) constant fear of killing half naked, no diaper wearing, street urchins.
2) a seemingly inexhaustible stream of trash (pun intended).
3) high probability of irregular or non-pay.

I used to have 3 trailer parks. I used to have a lot more flat tires because of what I ran over in trailer parks. One was a good paying, higher end park, that I really liked cutting. I would never cut lower end type again. You're pretty desperate for anything to cut when you first get into the business, but I should have got extra for combat pay

Don't forget they tend to disappear during extremely severe weather.

We HAD a trailer park here in Modesto that was underneath the old 9th Street bridge. When the rivers overflowed during a flood in' 95, the flood waters washed away the entire trailer park. And people wonder why our water around here is so polluted! Lol
