Shop day today. I gotta make a couple of deck patches for my oldest Wright. Hope we get the rain tomorrow, been kind of dry lately with the wind.

Anybody else subscribe to Pest Pro? There's a business broker in there selling million plus CPO operations left and right. I wonder why so many bailing and where guys are getting capital to buy them. Great articles on Zoysia too. Thinking of giving it a go in the new house.

Decent week. Starting mulch jobs. Hopefully last of the winter chills and I can get some warm colors in. Got two house flips going on, one I will sell and the other is going to be a rental. Things seem to be turning around. Watched a CNBC story on the resurgence of the Miami condo market. Unfotunately it seems to be foreign money driving it.

True to a few predictions the phone was on fire. We got some cutting in this afternoon. I've got 6 potentials to meet with tomorrow including a swamp pool these people just bought. 12th year wedding anniversary on Sunday.

Chris, you'll be proud. I picked up my new prime mover soon to be hooked to a 7x16 V-nose that will be my command and control center. 2010 Tundra 4dr (8k miles only). Will be rigged up for light mowing, pool projects, power washing and other general projects.
