Estimate queue

I need a solution for tracking the number of days that pass between when an estimator meets with a client, through to when its delivered. Similar to the way quick books tracks the aging accounts recievable.

Thanks in advance for any ideas

I assume there is some program out there I can use. It would be cool if I could get reminders via emails every day I'm over a date span

look into a CRM software. Ours has that built in but for design, the software we run isnt for you. When we have any contact with a client, my sales guy and I both input details of the contact into their CRM file and can even schedule a reminder at a future date based on the last input into their file.

We use SAP - gives reminders and tracks time against each estimate and shows due dates, when the original call was made, etc.
