Grass seed peat moss

Anyone know what this company had? The town is doing a massive water main project and they are finishing a area now. Last week the guys had bails that looked like peat moss and they thew it down on the house tie ins. It was like peat moss but had grass seed mixed in. Well a week latter grass seed has germinated and coming in quite thick. Anyone know what this product is??

From what I'm able to divine from seeing it with my cosmic conciousness,,, I'd guess it is Soylent Green... it makes AR really come in thick...

What is the temperature there? I am guessing some kind of pregerminated seed mixed with moist peat moss matrix. Clearly they don't want complaints about seed "not taking".

But Axe idea is just as likely.
