If it takes 1 mowing crew four days to mow, at 4 mows per year my bid would have been $12k per year.

$3500 was my bid, I was afraid of the 3-4 mowings per year because of the height and thickness of grass I was expecting to double cut at each place. Didn't get the bid! But more power to em! Win some and lose some! Thanks for the input though.
