Bermudagrass at edges of TTTF - What To Do?

I have a TTTF lawn. Last fall along the edges I had some bermuda begin to creep in. Currently, the TTTF has began growing again and is green. The bermuda areas are really sparse and you can see the yellow/dormant bermuda easily. In these areas the TTTF is gone.

How do you guys treat the bermuda like this?
Is this the right/wrong time of year?
What can I do to fill in the area with TTTF?

Please give me some advice and details on what to do.

Thanks,
Michael
