I have one going on now that I'm going to wait to posts pics of until its all complete and photographed. This one is going to define Wow leaving mouths hanging open.

1. Don't buy Ford's with the 6.0 Litre in them, better yet just don't buy Fords

2. As the economy begins to turn, be very careful not to grow to quick and rush to load up on equipment. So many times I hear people in this industry say "I anticipate or I'm going to grow 75% this year." Bad idea, too much growth is uncontrollable and leads to a slew of other problems. You get to your first $750k in landscape sales by saying yes to everyone. You get to $1.5 million by learning to say no!

3. Track your production times and make tons of notes so you can estimate more accurately.
