PJ Trailer Help Please

I have read alot in the forums and done my own research and strongly wish to purchase a PJ U7 single axle 77x12 or even 83x12 with 24' mesh sides.
I am in CT.
I have contacted every listed dealer in the CT area.
I have called PJ direct.
Here is the problem:
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Not at the dealers, not at the Manufacturer. Not for 3 days now.
I am really having a tough time maintaining interest in a product and company that clearly does not seem to have any interest in SELLING their product to a willing customer.
Best I found was a so-called "Platinum" dealer in PA who allegedly has 1119 units in stock, but no U7 with mesh sides.
If anyone knows of a worthwhile dealer who actually might stock the unit or has a unit they would like to sell, I am all ears.

Thanks
Rob

Wrong time of year if you expect an instant trailer. You will be lucky to find them on lots, everyone needs them this time of year and lots of guys have been smart and ordered 6-8 weeks in advance so they get them.

I am pretty clear on the consequences of the late jump, thank you.
I was kinda hoping for a referral to someone who might care to take/respond to a call and even allow me to place an order..a facility with whom members have have a positive experience.

A very nice fellow. Just a bit understaffed and overwhelmed at present. Said he would get back to me in a few days.

Well my dealer has plenty in stock and answers the phone. Too bad he is in MN.

I would recomend visiting a dealer that is closest to you. You may find he has a line of customers with cash buying trailers this time of season then calling.

My 2 cents is if you want a trailer show up and buy what he has or plan on ordering it. PJ's price point makes them a high volume mover and that means they are spending time selling them to people in front of them.

I hope you get my point.

Why not have a local welder make exactly what you want?

Oh I am starting to understand this "I will get back to you in a few days" due to "I am very busy right now" dilemma, believe you me I am going to use that excuse a whole lot in the very near future, like starting today, even with willing customers.

See, when you're so busy that no matter how hard you work you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, it just doesn't matter anymore, all that matters now is to take care of regular customers and everyone (and I mean E.v.e.r.y.b.o.d.y.) else gets to wait.

That is how busy I am, I don't sell trailers but if they're anything as busy as I am then I perfectly understand.

Screw buying from a dealer that doesnt return phone calls. Plenty of used trailers near u on CL.

Finally-A trailer in site and a worthy dealer

After literally weeks of no call backs or assistance of any kind from virtually every north east PJ dealer, I finally connected with someone who was in the business of sales and customer service.
So, impressed I was, I without any hesitation place an order for my "ideal" trailer set up in less than a 15 min conversation with a follow up email to confirm the order.
To any North East PJ dealer's-You can all go ------.
I will look forward to a bit of a road trip, but these supper nice guys earned the sale. Customer service counts! and earns new business and sales opportunity. S.O.M.E.B.O.D.Y. has gotten a little too big for his britches with a god awful attitude about the treatment of worthy new clients who want to give you their money and quality customer service.
