Advantages of a walk behind?

I'm currently looking at equipment. I notice a lot of big guys have a ZT and a walk behind in their equipment lists. I would assume the walk behind is for steep hills and mowing around small open areas like a neighborhood median, etc.. I would think that a commercail walk behind is too wide to get into fenced yards... so you still are going to need the ole standard 21" push.

Here's my question... I am not sure I am going to purchase a ZT, because if I do it's going to be used and probably not going to be adequate in a year or two. I'm thinking about purchasing a commercial walk behind but wondering what I'm going to do with it after I get a good zero-turn.

Thoughts?

Thanks
