Kaw FH721V - Oil Fill Tube

Have a '03 FH721V (bobcat procat 61"), bought it a few years back with 450hrs on it but now that I've owned it for a while I'm pretty sure the hours are far more. I've been having starter problems (especially after motor is hot) but that is another issue. While working on it tonight I unbolted the clamp at top of oil fill tube and the rest of the assembly just fell right over. The dipstick tube is just sitting in its hole, seems that nothing holds it in place ? The plastic does not appear to be threaded, should there be o-rings on it ? I've been having oil leaks also and have to assume this is the issue. Any help would be great, thank you.

Here's a randomly selected FH721V. since you didn't post ID numbers. Typically, you should find most 721's to be the same in this regard.
