I dont care about dog poo. Have had customers ask me if it would be a problem, i told them let the dog crap wherever it wants i will mow over it. Money smells better than dog ****. I would rather have happy clients than clean equipment.

I honestly cant think of something i wont put up with this year. Ive only been in this for 2 years. All my customers have been super awsome, most of them pay in advance (its part of my buisness model, Pay up front and its cheeper) And if i cant handle a job I refer them to someone else who can do it.

Having cut a dog park for years, I'd have to say quite a few apparently. And at least one the size of a water buffalo.

Not putting up with argument on our invoices this yr.
If you tell us you want every week mowing and later change your mind but forget to tell us and then want to argue the invoice I hope you have another lco picked out as you are history to us.

Don't just walk away from them... do this. PITA customers will account for 1-2 percent of your business. Identify them as quickly as possible and then politely recommend them to your competition.

And the "new to you" customers.... spend some time finding out why they came to you. Alarms should go off when they tell you they have had 5 different companies in the last 4 years.
