I made pretty good on this job I think. I charged $40 an hour for labor, total 4 hours, marked the price up on the gravel, and charged delivery. With my overhead being really low, and I'm only 16 years old and do this for my main income, I say i did pretty well. It was also family, I did this for so I didn't charge to much since they were family. For any other person I would have charged $55 an hour, and charged way more on delivery, and the gravel, and the dirt.

Not really landscaping but we just did a job where we filled in 18 yards of dirt under a deck. Owner pulled up the boards and we filled in the area under the deck. Took about 3/4 a day with 2 guys. $1,850 job. Including labor, dirt and hauling the dirt.
