Post a pic on this, i just looked at a new 3100Z (2013 MFG date) and what i saw couldn't be what your talking about.

Hopefully you do know the difference but who knows....

OK, i reread your post and its true you don't know what you are talking about. It's an access panel. Thats funny, isolated foot platform.....

It has rubber cushions on all four corners.... Not gonna argue... But to me it helped a lot in felt vibrations compare to my 2010 model 3100 and 2000 series......

There is no need to argue, its an access panel so you can get to the zerk. Why do you think there is a fab hinge on it.

I agree it's a access panel but the rubber cushions under it takes out the vibrations....

I paid 10,900 for my 2013 (3100z) 37 dfi 61inch cut 2 months ago. I added a mulch kit and suspension insert that added an extra 500 to the price. Total was 11,400. The ferris seat is more comfortable than the Michigan seat.

anyone else agree with that the ferris seat is better than the Michigan?? If it is that's what i will get.
